Synthesis and thermoelectric properties of Bi2O2Se nanosheets

Sheet-like Bi2O2Se is synthesized by composite-molten-salt (CMS) method. The film made from the as-synthesized Bi2O2Se nanosheets show very low thermal conductivity and high electrical conductivity.
