All optical switching in azo-polymer planar waveguide

► We observed all optical switching in azo dye doped polymer film via photo isomerization. ► We show that switching depth depends on pump intensity and frequency. ► We show the effect of temperature on witching depth. ► We show that the absorption peak of trans and cis isomers have some effect of switching process.
