High speed optical sampling covering C band and L band using CPPLN waveguide

► The factors to influence the conversion efficiency and the bandwidth of the SFG in CPPLN waveguide are analyzed. ► Two means of optical sampling covering C band and L band with CPPLN waveguide are described. ► The distinct eye diagrams and quality Q factors of 10 Gb/s and 640 Gb/s NRZ signal sequences are obtained.
