Effect of reactant Ti/B4C ratio on the stoichiometry and mechanical properties of h-BN-Ti(C,N) prepared by combustion synthesis
چکیده انگلیسی
▶ Nitrides ceramic composites were fabricated by SHS under high nitrogen pressure. ▶ Nitrogen content in Ti(C,N) was discussed through theoretical and experimental studies. ▶ TiN is the preferential formation phase under high nitrogen pressure, and thus leads to higher N content in Ti(C,N) phase. ▶ The mechanical properties of the products were measured in detail.
