N-doped MgZnO alloy thin film prepared by sol-gel method

► Nitrogen-doped MgZnO thin films were prepared by sol-gel method. ► The significant improvement of physical and optical properties of MgZnO films were obtained by increasing annealing temperature and Nitrogen-doping, especially preferred c-axis orientation and optical band gap widening.
