Characteristics and cyto-compatibility of Collagen/Ca-P coatings on Ti6Al4V substrate

► We used a simple and efficient method to coat the homogenous biomimetic layer. ► It includes collagen (top layer) and Ca-P (intermediate layer) on the Ti6Al4V. ► The Collagen/Ca-P coating effects initial cell growths and behaviors. ► The coating is beneficial method for biomaterial applications.
