Simultaneous variations of microstructure and magnetic properties of Ni58Fe12Zr20B10 nanostructure/amorphous alloy prepared by mechanical alloying

► Milling of Ni58Fe12Zr20B10 powder up to 190 h and obtain 95% amorphous phase. ► We measure structural and magnetic properties before and after heat treatment. ► Ms decreases slightly and Hc shows maximum point at 72 h due to alloying elements. ► B and Zr affect glass formation and thermal stability in different situations. ► Heat treatment makes magnetic properties better by affecting Hc and Ms.
