► The highest antiserum titer was 1:90,000 and the purity of antibody was >95%. ► The method does not require sample preconcentration and cleanup steps compared with typical instrumental methods. ► The sensitivity is higher than the previously reported instrumental methods. ► The method is expected to contribute to the therapeutic monitoring and further pharmacokinetic study of Ts.
