Measures similar to those used for injectable anticancer chemotherapy have to be introduced. The creation of a database listing all drug interactions with these medications, a behavioural study of patients undergoing those treatments and an evaluation of the physicians' perception of the risks linked to these drugs should enable the safety management of the oral chemotherapy process.
