EDC4 interacts with and regulates the dephospho-CoA kinase activity of CoA synthase

► CoAsy forms a complex with a scaffold protein of processing bodies. ► EDC4 inhibits the dephospho-CoA kinase activity of CoAsy. ► EDC4 affects cell proliferation and co-expression of CoAsy diminishes this effect.
