Mesenchymal stem cells regulate the proliferation of T cells via the growth-related oncogene/CXC chemokine receptor, CXCR2

- The inhibitory effect of MSCs was mediated by CXCL3 and CXCR2 induction on T cells.
- This MSC-mediated T cells suppression influenced anti-tumor activity in vivo.
