Kompetente ärztliche Führung setzt daher sowohl die Bewusstheit über eigene Kommunikationsgewohnheiten als auch Wissen und Fähigkeiten zu situationsbezogenen spezifischen Gesprächstechniken voraus. Das Training führungsbezogener Kommunikationstechniken bedarf der De-Automatisierung vorhandener Fähigkeiten und erfordert den problemorientierten Aufbau als auch eine Re-Automatisierung neuer Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
