Expression and regulation of transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily M, member 2 (TRPM2) in human endometrium

► We previously obtained DNA fragments with ERE using a recombinant ER protein. ► One of the obtained DNA fragments with ERE was located in TRPM2 gene. ► We confirmed estrogen-dependent enhancer activity of ERE of the TRPM2. ► TRPM2 mRNA expression in human endometrial cells increased by estrogen treatment.
