The effect of blastocyst transfer on newborn sex ratio and monozygotic twinning rate: an updated systematic review and meta-analysis

This meta-analysis provides an update and stronger evidence to support the observation that BT is associated with a higher proportion of males and an increased risk of MZT. In clinical practice, these BT-associated neonatal outcomes should be taken into account when counselling infertility patients.
