Constructing E(s2)E(s2)-optimal and minimax-optimal k-circulant supersaturated designs via multi-objective tabu search

A multi-objective optimization procedure based on tabu search method was developed for constructing E(s2)E(s2)-optimal and minimax-optimal k-circulant supersaturated designs. The construction method is based on cyclic generators. Comparisons with other existing designs are made, demonstrating the effectiveness of our method.
