Analysis of the virtual waiting time in multiphase queues

This paper presents a heavy traffic limit theorem for the virtual waiting time of a customer in multiphase queues. In this work, functional limit theorem is proved and values of important probability characteristics of the queueing system are investigated as well as the virtual waiting time of a customer.
