Kinetic spectrophotometric H-point standard addition method for the simultaneous determination of diloxanide furoate and metronidazole in binary mixtures and biological fluids

- Kinetic spectrophotometric method has been developed.
- Diloxanide furoate and metronidazole were determined simultaneously using HPSAM.
- Basing on oxidation rate difference of both drugs by permanganate in basic medium.
- A green color has been developed and measured at 610 nm.
- Limiting logarithmic and the initial-rate methods were adopted.
