Ultra-sensitive complex as phosphorescence probe for the determination of trace protein

► New phosphorescence probe was developed based on host guest inclusion reaction. ► A phosphorimetry for the determination of protein has been established using new probe. ► This method has been successfully applied to determine trace protein in water samples. ► The reaction mechanism for the determination of protein by this method was discussed.
