Multivariate analysis as a tool for Ion Beam Induced Luminescence (IBIL) spectra interpretation

- We present a method suitable to characterize 3D IBIL spectra.
- Different evolution of components is identified.
- The method is based on the multivariate analysis of luminescence intensity matrix.
- The method is tested on two simulated cases and on one experimental IBIL spectrum.
