Influence of ultrasound to the activity of tyrosinase

► The activity of tyrosinase was activated with the tested ultrasound treatment. ► Large molecular groups of tyrosinase were broken into small ones by ultrasound. ► β-Sheet conformation was predominant in tyrosinase under ultrasound treatment. ► No oxytyrosinase was observed in tyrosinase under ultrasound treatment. ► Likelihood of the combination of substrate and enzyme was increased by ultrasound.
