Preparation of compact Li-doped Y2Ti2O7 solid electrolyte

► In this study, very low temperature (1150 °C) is used to prepare compact samples. ► Li2O is added as a flux to help for the grain growth. ► Ion conductivity of our sample is comparable to that prepared by others at 1600 °C. ► Y3LT with x = 0.060 has electronic conduction at temperature > 600 °C. ► Y3LT with x = 0.060 becomes p-type semiconductor at 700 °C and PO2 > 60%.
