Cyclododecane and cyclotridecane complexes with cobalt as potent histidine chelators: A theoretical study

Density functional calculations have been performed for novel cyclotridecane complexes with cobalt. The results suggest that these systems are good candidates for chromatography systems due to their high affinity toward histidine.
