CoMFA and CoMSIA studies on fluorinated hexahydropyrimidine derivatives

CoMFA and CoMSIA studies on a series of fluorinated hexahydropyrimidine derivatives correlated with their cytotoxic activities. The data generated from this study will further inspire the design and synthesis of novel hexahydropyrimidines with improved potency and selectivity.
