Remarkable immunostimulation effects of hybrid liposomes on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells in vitro

Hybrid liposomes composed of 90 mol% l-α-dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC) and 10 mol% polyoxyethylene(25)dodecyl ether (C12(EO)25) markedly increased the production of cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-12) secreted by human peripheral blood mononuclear cells in vitro.
