Annealing effects on electrical, optical and structural properties of semiconducting transparent tetra-tert-butyl 2,3 naphthalocyanine thinfilms

► We have prepared TC based TTBNc thinfilms and reported it for the first time. ► Air and vacuum post deposition annealing is done on TTBNc thinfilms. ► DC electrical conductivity is taken for Silver coated TTBNc thinfilms. ► Transparent semiconducting nature is confirmed from optical and electrical studies. ► Thinfilm nanotechnology applications can be suggested from the structural studies.
