Study of As―Se―Te glasses by neutron-, X-ray diffraction and optical spectroscopic methods

► We study the effect of Te atoms on amorphous As-Se melts. ► Te atom could have a similar role in the structure formation, than Se atom has. ► By analyzing the ellipsometric data the optical constants was established. ► FTIR spectra analysis has detected vibrational bands related to impurity bonds.
