Formation of tubular BaTiO3 nanoparticle assembly through the Kirkendall effect using Na2Ti3O7 nanowires as template

Tubular BaTiO3 nanoparticle assembly has been prepared by utilization of nanoscale Kirkendall effect using layered Na2Ti3O7 nanowires as template. The possible formation process (see figure) has been proposed based on time-dependent experiments.
