Electrical conductivity of Ca1−xSrxTi0.65Fe0.35O3−δ, x = 0, 0.5 and 1, polycrystalline compounds in the 300-500 K range

► Fe-doped Sr and Ca titanates were synthesized by chemical and solid state reaction. ► SPM images show striking differences in samples prepared by the two routes. ► Impedance spectroscopy measurements show different electrical behaviors. ► Correlations between the two macroscopic observations are shown.
