Thermoelectric transport in ZnO and GaN nanowires

• μ, Sd and κe are investigated in ZnO and GaN NWs for 10• Importance of PZ coupling in ZnO and GaN NWs at low temperatures brought out.
• POP (IMP) scattering dominant in μ, Sd and κe in ZnO (GaN) NWs.
