AgSbS2 and Ag3SbS3 absorber materials for photovoltaic applications

The structure and morphology of the Ag-Sb-S thin films vary with increasing annealing temperatures. The photosensitivity of the ITO: AgSbS2/CdS and ITO: Ag3SbS3/CdS thin films is found to be about 58% and 61% respectively which indicates AgSbS2 and Ag3SbS3 were identified as a perspective absorber layer for photovoltaic applications.176
