Morphology and electrical properties of Li2FeSiO4/C prepared by a vacuum solid-state reaction

► The influences of carbon content on Li2FeSiO4/C were investigated. ► The evolution of Li2FeSiO4 phase transformation was proved by CITT tests. ► The similar DLi+ in initial and distal stage implied an imperfect process.
