Fast patterning of poly(methyl methacrylate) by a novel soft molding approach and its application to the fabrication of silver structures

► We developed a very simple and fast process for the fabrication of PMMA patterns. ► The process is based on the soft molding of a low weight (5 wt%) PMMA solution. ► The PMMA patterns are used as resist in the fabrication of silver structures. ► We fabricated PMMA and Ag structures of several shapes and sizes.
