Structural stability and high-temperature electrical properties of cation-ordered/disordered perovskite LaBaCoO

► Disordered LBCO has higher conductivity and is more stable than the ordered LBCO. ► Conductive behavior, chemical defect and charge compensation mode change with PO2. ► Reduction of cobalt ions results in conduction transitions with temperature.
