Preparation, characterization and properties of novel 0-3 ferroelectric composites of Ba0.95Ca0.05Ti0.8Zr0.2O3-poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene)

► Novel ceramic-polymer composites have been developed and characterized. ► High dielectric constant up to 90 could be obtained. ► The hysteresis loops of the composites are dependent on the ceramic volume fraction. ► With increasing ceramic loading Young's modulus increase and tensile strain decrease.
