Synergistic effect of composite template and La-doping on microdynamic behavior of photogenerated carriers in mesoporous nano-TiO2

► Subsidiarity of the composite template on the microdynamic behavior of nano-TiO2. ► A right composite template resulted in prolonged lifetime of photo-induced carrier. ► These were responsible for the stronger TPV response in two wavelength regions. ► La-doping was only responsible for the stronger TPV response in one wavelength region.
