Photovoltaic solitons in two-photon photorefractive materials under open-circuit conditions

We present the evolution equation of one-dimensional spatial soliton in two-photon photorefractive media under open-circuit conditions. In the steady state regime, our solutions show that the dark and bright photovoltaic spatial solitons can be supported in two-photon photorefractive media under open-circuit conditions.
