• Combined experimental and theoretical researches of Cauliflower-like Bi2O3 nanostructures.
• Analyze the optical and structural properties of Bi2O3 nanostructures.
• Characterize the Bi2O3 nanostructures of 2 and 3-D.
• Verify refractive index and optical dielectric constant of Bi2O3 nanostructures.
• Investigate the energetic transition for improving solar cells performance.
Cauliflower-like Bi2O3 nanostructures was prepared using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) at different oxygen pressure. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) has revealed nanostructured film at grain size ranges from 97.5 nm, 65.12 nm. X-ray diffraction (XRD) displays polymorphous Bi2O3 of different phases of stoichiometric and non-stoichiometric structures. Optical analysis has been elaborated at different pressures. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) shows Cauliflower-like Bi2O3 nanostructures. The refractive index and optical dielectric constant are calculated using specific models and showed good agreement with other result.
