Effect of neodymium doping on structure, electrical and optical properties of nanocrystalline ZnO

► Particle size increases when it is doped (from XRD). ► XRD peak shifted to lower angle when doped. ► The dc conductivity decreases with the increase of Nd dopant concentrations. ► The temperature dependent ac conductivity follows the universal power law.
