The integrated influence on hot deformation of dual-phase titanium alloys incorporating dynamic recrystallization evolution and α/β phase transformation
چکیده انگلیسی
The integrated influence of dynamic recrystallization evolution (DRX) and α/β phase transformation on hot deformation of dual-phase titanium alloys has been investigated in the present paper. Kocks-Mecking relation for dislocation density variation has been developed. Corresponding constitutive relationship and work-hardening behavior have been characterized under validation by isothermal compression of Ti55511 titanium alloy. α/β phase transformation determines the work-hardening basis and DRX evolution influences the softening effect of work-hardening behavior.
