چکیده انگلیسی
• AgInZnS hollow nanoparticles were prepared by a facile solution method.
• The size of the as-prepared AgInZnS hollow nanoparticles was between 20–30 nm.
• The probably mechanism for forming hollow structure was studied.
• The AgInZnS hollow nanoparticles demonstrated strong red photoluminescence.
AgInZnS hollow nanoparticles were synthesized by a facile method. Structures and optical properties of the obtained nanoparticles were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns showed the obtained nanoparticles have a hexagonal crystal structure. It was found that their photoluminescence spectrum exhibited a strong red emission.
