Controllable in-situ synthesis of Ag/BiOI and Ag/AgI/BiOI composites with adjustable visible light photocatalytic performances

Controllable synthesis of Ag/BiOI and Ag/AgI/BiOI composites with different visible light activities were successfully achieved through regulating the amount of Ag+ solution by means of a universal photoreduction method.
