Insights into nanocube-like morphological transformation of P25 by microwave-assisted hydrothermal method

Cube-like shape TiO2 nanoparticles of 24 nm can be prepared by a one-step-microwave-assisted hydrothermal method in only 5 h with top square exposed facet {101} using F-ions as capping agents and P25 as precursor.
