چکیده انگلیسی

Monodisperse nanowires and nanowire arrays of Ba3(PO4)2 were synthesized by chemical precipitation method using anodic aluminum oxide template. Scanning electron microscope images indicated that Ba3(PO4)2 nanowires are parallelly arranged, all of which are in uniform diameter of about 50 nm. High-magnification transmission electron microscopy and selected-area electron diffraction images showed that the nanowires are single crystal structure. Excitation and emission spectra of the Eu2 + and Tb3 + doped Ba3(PO4)2 nanostructure were measured. The Eu2 + doped Ba3(PO4)2 nanowires can be excited by ultraviolet rays ranging from 350 nm to 380 nm, and Tb3 + doped Ba3(PO4)2 nanowires yield the characteristic green emission by excitation at 233 nm, which show that these rare earth ion doped Ba3(PO4)2 nanowires may have promising applications in high performance nanoscale devices.
