Exfoliation and reconstruction of SnS2 layers: A synthetic route for the preparation of polymer-SnS2 nanomaterials

Novel intercalation compounds of poly(ethylene oxide), poly(vinylpyrrolidone), poly(oligo ethylene glycol)-oxalate], poly[oxymethylene-(oxyethylene)] and poly[bis-(methoxyethoxyethoxy)phosphazene] into SnS2 have been prepared. This was achieved by using the exfoliating and re-stacking properties of LiSnS2.
