Thickness-conversion ratio from titanium to TiO2 nanotube fabricated by anodization method
چکیده انگلیسی

Vertically oriented TiO2 nanotube arrays were fabricated by the anodization of pure titanium deposited on silicon substrates. The TiO2 nanotubes were grown by anodization in aqueous-base and glycerol-base electrolytes at different potentials between 5 V and 30 V. Films with homogeneously distributed pores having an average diameter of 100 nm or 40 nm were obtained. The dependences of pore morphology and pore formation rate on process parameters were evaluated. In particular, thickness-conversion ratio from titanium to TiO2 nanotube was presented to compare a growing character in different electrolytes.
