Modification of Parylene film-coated glass with TiO2 nanoparticles and its photocatalytic properties

►The Parylene film is coated with titania by one-step ultrasound-assisted procedure. ►TiO2-anatase nanocrystals are strongly anchored to Parylene without binding compound. ►Spreading of TiO2 on Parylene is regulated by solvents and reagent concentrations. ►PVP prevents aggregation of TiO2 nanoparticles. ►TiO2-Parylene film demonstrated activity in photo discoloration of methylene blue.
