Field emission from vertical graphene sheets formed by screen-printing technique

► Vertical graphene field emission cathode was formed by screen-printing. ► Excellent field emission properties of the vertical graphene sheets were obtained. ► The organic layer anchoring the graphene sheets acted as negative feedback layer. ► The graphene-based field emission device has good emission stability.
