Development of an evaluation method for the quality of NPP MCR operators' communication using Work Domain Analysis (WDA)

► No evaluation method is available for operators' communication quality in NPPs. ► To model this evaluation method, the Work Domain Analysis (WDA) method was found. ► This proposed method was applied to NPP MCR operators. ► The quality of operators' communication can be evaluated with the propose method.
