Sustainability Victoria: influencing resource use, towards zero waste and sustainable production and consumption

This paper discusses Victoria's past successes with recycling and cleaner production, the lessons learnt from these programs and how Sustainability Victoria is stimulating behaviour change across the production and consumption cycle through the establishment of innovative partnerships, towards the goal of high factor improvements in resource efficiency.
