Cumulative ionizing effect from solar-terrestrial charged particles and cosmic rays for CubeSats as simulated with GEANT4

► Computational results for the total ionizing dose is presented for cubeSats. ► The calculation is made with a combination of existing calculation routines. ► The geometrical modeling is used for estimation of the ionizing doses. ► The calculation is reiterated for various mission orbits. ► TID results are expected to be referred to the other following cubeSat missions.
